CofC women’s soccer at Coastal Carolina Thursday

The College of Charleston women’s soccer team closes out its non-conference schedule at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 10, when the Cougars travel to Conway to face Coastal Carolina at the Chanticleer program’s home complex.

Charleston enters the match at 3-3-2 on the year. The Cougars have posted three wins over Southern Utah, UMass Lowell and South Carolina State, offset by a 5-1 setback on the road at South Carolina in their most recent outing. Sophomore forward Ellie Stewart scored the lone Charleston goal in that match in the 62nd minute, her first of the season and the second of her career.
