South Carolina's NIL law (H4957, signed May 2024) applies to intercollegiate athletes only — meaning college athletes at College of Charleston, The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, Medical University of South Carolina, and Charleston Southern University can earn through endorsements, sponsorships, and brand partnerships. High school NIL is NOT permitted in South Carolina.
