As the GA, the selected candidate will take on various responsibilities, primarily focusing on the on-court development of players. In addition to player instruction and mentoring, the role requires the GA to engage in daily practice planning, film breakdown, and scouting. In addition to coaching duties, the GA will provide administrative support to ensure the overall success of the program. The enhancement of players will be a key component, which includes experience with Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities, branding, or player development being encouraged in applicants.
