Flood Advisory Issued for Charleston Area, Major Road Closures Announced

  • King Street and Huger Street, between Moultrie Street and Congress Street, between Benson Street and Dingle Street – all lanes closed.
  • North Market Street, between East Bay Street and Meeting Street – all lanes closed.
  • Rutledge Avenue, between Calhoun Street and Bennett Street – all lanes closed.
  • South Market Street, between Meeting Street and East Bay Street – all lanes closed.
  • St. Andrews Boulevard, at Savannah Highway – all lanes closed.
  • Vanderhorst Street and Ogier Street – lanes partially blocked.
