COLLEGE STATION, Texas — The Citadel was held scoreless Saturday at Kyle Field in College Station, falling 41-0 to Texas A&M in the Bulldogs’ last non-conference game of the season.

Running back Jamarion Morrow did most of the early damage, scoring on runs of 4, 1 and 1 yards as the Aggies reached the end zone on every one of their four first-half possessions and took a 28-0 lead into the break.

Aaron Gregory caught two touchdown passes, a 37-yarder from starter Marcel Reed before halftime and a 12-yarder from backup Brady Hart after it. David Olano added second-half field goals of 23 and 20 yards, and KJ Edwards ran for 116 yards.

The Bulldogs finished with 183 yards of offense, 140 of them on the ground. Quarterback Nick Billoups hit true freshman Isaiah Johnson for a 32-yard gain to start the second half, and Braylon Knauth converted a fourth-and-short with an 11-yard run, but neither drive produced points.

The loss leaves The Citadel at 2-5 with four defeats in its last five games. The Bulldogs host Tennessee Tech next Saturday.
